1. Our company and unified website
This website, https://www.lekanijewelry.com/, is operated by LEKANI JEWELRY INC, a U.S. company. LEKANI JEWELRY INC is the seller, contracting party and merchant receiving payment. Customer support and order operations are coordinated by LEKANI JEWELRY INC. Products are fulfilled from the U.S. warehouse or China warehouse shown on each product.
We welcome business buyers and individual consumers. Our unified website provides one account, cart and payment experience while products are fulfilled from either the U.S. warehouse or China warehouse. These terms concern purchases made through the unified website. Warehouse eligibility, processing time and shipping charges are shown for the products and delivery address in the order.
2. Orders, prices and payments
Review the product description, selected variation, quantity, delivery address, currency and total charges before submitting an order. Quantity discounts apply only where displayed and according to the quantities and conditions shown. Available payment methods and charges are shown at checkout. Payment is collected by LEKANI JEWELRY INC through the available payment providers.
Contact support@lekanijewelry.com promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will confirm whether the order can still be changed or cancelled. This process does not restrict any statutory cancellation right. Contact us about any discrepancy between the product page, checkout and order confirmation.
3. Warehouse fulfillment, shipping and customs
Orders are fulfilled from the warehouse shown on each product. U.S. warehouse products ship only to U.S. addresses and normally process in 1–2 business days. China warehouse products can ship worldwide and normally process in 2–3 business days. Processing and carrier transit are separate. Available services, charges and estimates depend on the warehouse and destination.
Tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive services: Import-duty and tax treatment depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. For an option expressly described as including import duties and taxes, those charges are included to the extent stated in that option. For an option expressly described as excluding them, the recipient is responsible for the applicable import duties, taxes and clearance charges. Do not assume that a shipping fee includes import charges. If the treatment is unclear or not stated, contact us before placing the order.
If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent, cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. Contact us about missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcels so we can investigate with the carrier.
4. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Eligible unused and unworn items in their original condition and packaging may be returned for any reason if the request is submitted within 15 calendar days after receipt. Requests outside this period are not accepted under our voluntary policy. Custom-made and production-order items are excluded unless damaged or defective on arrival. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Contact support@lekanijewelry.com with your order number and selected items to obtain authorization and the designated return address before shipping. Buyer-paid return shipping applies under this voluntary policy; use tracked delivery and retain proof of posting and delivery. We process eligible return refunds within 48 hours after receiving the parcel, subject to checking its condition. Bank posting times vary.
For cancellation before shipment: within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund applies except for a 4.5% payment-processing deduction for credit-card payments; after 24 hours, a 15% cancellation fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled under this commercial policy. These deductions do not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.
Lost packages qualify for a full refund including shipping. Missing or damaged items should be reported within 5 calendar days of receipt and qualify for a partial refund for the affected items after verification, without limiting additional legal remedies. Undelivered express shipments (DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS) qualify for a full refund after more than 45 business days in transit from dispatch; standard airmail shipments qualify after more than 90 business days. These thresholds exclude customs clearance, natural disasters, incorrect addresses and comparable exceptional circumstances, and do not postpone earlier remedies required by law.
Refund requests for non-delivery caused by customs clearance or tax issues are excluded under our voluntary delivery-refund policy, except where law requires otherwise or the issue results from our failure to meet our obligations. This does not remove import-charge coverage expressly included in the selected service.
Read the full Cancellation & Returns and Refunds & Order Support policies for conditions and instructions. An internal authorization procedure does not prevent a valid exercise of a statutory right.
5. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The 15-day voluntary return policy and the reporting windows, refund thresholds, fees and exclusions above do not limit statutory guarantees, remedies or withdrawal rights.
Where EU distance-selling consumer rules apply, eligible consumers generally have 14 days after receipt to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. You may notify us by an unequivocal email to support@lekanijewelry.com identifying your order. You do not need to prove a quality problem to exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right. Other mandatory local rights may also apply.
Contact us for return instructions when exercising a statutory right. The legally required return periods, refund rules and allocation of costs apply. These terms do not claim that the company’s U.S. location overrides mandatory consumer law applicable to your purchase.
6. Website use and updates
Use the site lawfully and keep your account credentials secure. Do not interfere with the site’s security or misuse another person’s information. Site content and brand assets remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. External sites have their own policies.
