These website terms apply to www.lekanijewelry.com, operated by LEKANI JEWELRY INC. The website welcomes individual and business customers. Products are fulfilled from the U.S. warehouse or China warehouse shown on each product, with warehouse-specific delivery eligibility and shipping charges. These terms do not impose a U.S.-only wholesale requirement or a minimum purchase amount.
2. Accounts and lawful use
Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. Act with appropriate authority if purchasing for a business. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful content, infringe rights, introduce harmful code or interfere with security or normal operation. Contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. We may restrict misuse where lawful, without removing rights relating to valid existing orders.
3. Products and purchases
Purchase Terms govern orders, payment, delivery, duties, cancellations and returns and are available under Customer Service. Check product specifications and selected variations before ordering. Moissanite is not diamond, and plated jewelry is not solid gold unless expressly stated.
